The liner fits directly inside the OEM steel pan beneath the enclosed ink chamber, eliminating routine pan cleaning and the downtime associated with it

Ink Drip Management Beneath the Chamber

Even with enclosed chambers, small ink drips are unavoidable during normal operation. On the FA-22, those drips fall into the steel pan mounted below the chamber. Over time, ink buildup in this pan requires cleaning, interrupting production and adding a manual task for operators.

The DIPCO disposable drip tray insert is placed directly inside the OEM steel pan, where it captures ink drips during press operation. As ink accumulates, it is contained within the liner rather than bonding to the steel surface. When the liner reaches capacity, it is removed and replaced, allowing the steel pan to remain clean and in place without requiring press modifications or additional hardware.

Extending the Clean-Hand Process

CLEANINKING™ chambers are designed to reduce handling and limit operator interaction with ink. The DIPCO drip tray liner follows this same philosophy by extending clean-hand operation to the area beneath the chamber, where ink drips are typically managed through containment rather than prevention.

By preventing ink accumulation in the steel pan, the liner reduces cleanup-related downtime and helps maintain a cleaner press environment throughout production.
