Mark Thompson
Owner, DIPCO
My hobbies include golfing, golfing, and golfing. I like to play golf! Fishing, long walks, hiking, traveling, visiting and exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends are other interests of mine. I love being semi-retired and spending time with our kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. I grew up in the Midwest and still spend summers in Minnesota, but now spend most of my time in the Florida sunshine.

Theron Johnson
President
Working for DIPCO since 1995, I have the longest tenure of any employee in the company. As the President of the company, I wear many hats. I have a thorough understanding of the industries that DIPCO serves and enjoy leading such a successful company that is so environmentally friendly. Additionally, I’m an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing. My ranch is near the plant where I raise hay and have horses for pack hunting. However, my best moments are spent with my five children, significant others, and four grandchildren. Christmas is my favorite time of the year when the entire family comes home to the ranch for fun!

Miles Johnson
Director of Domestic & International Sales
As a Merritt Island, Florida resident, I spend non-working hours island-hopping on my boat and like to go saltwater fishing (a lot). My other favorite things include attending rock concerts, working at my house, hanging out with my mom, watching movies, and rooting for my favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. My professional background in sales began in 1992. I moved up into Sales Management and General Management and gained those experiences before becoming a part of the DIPCO team as the Director of Domestic and International Sales in 2006.

Mike Smith
Director of Engineering
I’m responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and changes to existing products for DIPCO. I use 3-D CAD software to design products. Also, I’m involved with inventory management and process improvement at DIPCO. When not at DIPCO, I enjoy working on my parents’ cattle ranch, volunteering with youth activities, including Destination Imagination and my church’s summer youth camping program, hanging out with friends at the local brewpub, and woodworking.

Kevin Kiefer
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations since March 2008, I oversee all operations in the plant located in Delta, Colorado, including recent expansions to the plant, which has allowed us to purchase new equipment and further diversify our product offerings. My team and I work hard each day to make sure orders are processed and shipped on time. Outside of the company, my family and I raise cows, pigs, goats, and hay in Western Colorado. I stay busy attending our children’s many sporting and academic events and 4-H and livestock competitions. I also enjoy giving back to my local community by being an active member in the Delta Rotary Club and serving on two water boards in the North Fork Valley.

Caitlin Boyd
Director of Customer Service and Accounting
I graduated college in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I worked in public accounting before starting with DIPCO in 2014, where I oversee the Customer Service & Accounting department, IT relations, accounting functions, and various projects. My hobbies and interests include dancing, hanging out with family and friends, escaping to the mountains to JEEP, riding ATVs, binge reading and watching Netflix, watering and admiring my summer flowers, and shopping.

Tim Schneider
Director of Marketing, Midwest & Southeast Sales Manager
My printing journey began 35 years ago in an entry-level position on the second shift at a small print shop in St Louis, Missouri. Since then, I’ve worn many hats, including press operator, prepress manager, and plant manager. I’ve been with DIPCO since 2011. I live in East Tennessee with my wife of 25 years, two kids, and two dogs. Beyond the professional realm, I enjoy hiking with the family in the Smoky Mountains, paddle-boarding, and gardening.

Aaron Sanborn
Northeast & Midwest Sales Manager
Residing in Augusta, Maine, allows me to enjoy many activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking, mountain biking, camping, kayaking, hunting, fishing, and kiting. I also play guitar and drums, frequent live music events, attend Bruins, Celtics, Patriots, and Red Sox games, photograph the beautiful state of Maine, and most importantly, I love spending time with my family. I’ve worked in the industry since 1998 as a Production Manager, Lead Operator, and Flexo Consultant before joining the DIPCO team as the Northeast Sales Manager in May of 2013.
