Even though Propheteer closed its flexo press manufacturing business in 2016, we continue to provide affordable, quality ink pan liners and drip trays for everyday use. Which Propheteer Models Have Trays & Liners Available?

• Propheteer 7″:   DIPCO offers two styles of Quick-Change ink pan liners for this width press.  Both are packaged 100 liners per case.  Our premier system, the PL-7C2000, incorporates our WC2000 plastic wiper, which eliminates ink build-up on metering and anilox rollers, allowing for faster changeovers with less clean-up.  As with all Propheteer ink pan liner offerings from DIPCO, a metal retainer is needed for each ink station using liners.  Drip trays are available in a quantity of 50 per case. The dimensions are 16¼”x11”x1”.

• Propheteer 10″: Two styles of disposable ink pan liners are available in quantities of 50 per case.  Our PL-10C2000 offers the convenience of plastic wipers, which keep rollers free of excess ink. The PR-10C2000 stainless steel retainer is required for each ink station. Ask us about our low volume liners (LVL) for small print runs.   With an average of 50% less ink needed, LVL’s are the perfect choice for jobs of less than 10 thousand feet. They work in conjunction with our standard WC2000 liner system.  FYI: Starter kits are available for both standard and LVL systems.  Drip trays are also available and come in a quantity of 50 per case with dimensions of 15½“x14½’x1¾’’.

• Propheteer 13″: Our plastic WC2000 wipers are the highlight of this Quick-Change ink pan liner system. Available in cases of 50, these disposable liners eliminate the need to waste precious time cleaning ink pans. These disposable paper liners work with our WC2000 wipers and stainless-steel retainer (PR-13C2000). Ask about our starter kits for this model.

• Propheteer 17″/18″: Designed to accommodate both 17” and 18” widths, our PL-18C2000 ink pan liner uses the WC2000 wiper system and PR-18C2000 stainless steel retainer. Disposable paper liners for this machine come 25 per case and are offered with the option of two styles of downspouts; straight or 45-degree angled, for your specific printing needs. We also offer low volume liners which hold 45% less ink than our standard Quick-Change system.  This provides you the convenience of mixing smaller ink batches of one-off PMS colors on press runs of less than 10 thousand feet.
