DIPCO is the sole manufacturer of disposable pan liners for AB Graphics finishing equipment and flexo presses.  Our liners are designed to maximize press capabilities and productivity while limiting downtime and meeting environmental sustainability objectives.  These goals are achieved by eliminating the need to spend precious time cleaning stainless steel pans.  Your clean-up process is reduced from 15 minutes or more to just five minutes or less.

Using eco-friendly and 100% recyclable materials to manufacture our liners, washing pans are a thing of the past.  Simply drain the liquid contents and dispose of the liner in your recycling stream.  Plastic wipers and drain hoses are also disposable.  On average, our liners save you three gallons of potable water per change-over.  And, in areas of the country where wastewater is required to be captured and disposed of professionally, waste-hauling and fees are eliminated, lowering overall operating costs.

Which ABG Models Have Liners Available?

• Omega SR1300.  The SR1300 system includes a metal retainer and paper ink pan liner with plastic, angled drain spouts for easy draining.
• Digicon Series 1.  Manufactured up to 2007, the Omega Digicon Series 1 finishing machine typically offers a single ink or coating station as part of its configuration.  DIPCO provides a disposable liner system consisting of a stainless-steel retainer, which replaces the OEM pan, and paper ink pan liner.  The Series 1 system also employs a plastic WC2000 wiper allowing for faster metering and anilox roller cleaning.
• Digicon Series 2.  ABG produced the Digicon Series 2 between 2007 and 2014.  The liner system for this 13” finishing machine employs a 90-degree angled plastic drain spout to allow for quick liquid removal.  Our ODS2R-13S retainer is needed to utilize the system.
• Digicon Series 3.  In 2014, ABG redesigned its Digicon to include a passive roller as part of its open-fountain ink/coating station.  DIPCO’s pan liner design includes a unique clip-on bearing holder to support this new roller as part of its time-saving offering. As with past models, a stainless-steel retainer replaces the metal OEM pan, thus eliminating the need to wash any components in this Quick-Change liner system.
• Converter Series 3.  In 2021 ABG unveiled its first in-line flexo printing press.  The Converter Series 3 can be equipped with DIPCO’s newly designed paper ink pan liner.  This liner is unique in that it utilizes ABG’s metal ink pan, not a stainless-steel retainer, for support while installed in the press.  By retaining the OEM pan, press operators can continue to use the OEM wipers in their daily operations.
